The Spark 💡
Our founder noticed his 6-year-old daughter spending hours on YouTube entertained but not learning. He asked: "What if there was an AI that talked to her like a best friend, in Telugu, and taught her while having fun?" SesiAI was born as an idea on a paper napkin.
Research & Building 🔬
A small team of engineers, child psychologists, and educators came together in Hyderabad. We spent 6 months studying how Indian children learn, play, and communicate and building our multi layer safety framework that protects every conversation.
First Prototype 🧪
We tested with 200 families across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai. Kids were talking to Sesi for hours asking questions, getting stories, solving maths. Parents cried tears of joy seeing their child speak in Telugu to an AI that responded perfectly.
Beta Launch 🚀
SesiAI launched in public beta with English and Telugu support. Within weeks, over 10,000 families signed up. The feedback was overwhelming parents wanted more languages, more avatars, and more subjects. We listened to every single word.
Growing Together 🌟
We added Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. Emotion detection went live. New avatars Bala Hanuman, Cosmic Bot, Magic Fairy were created with the help of children who voted for their favourites. Today, 50,000+ kids across India call Sesi their best friend.
