A homework help app for kids that teaches, not tells

A guide from Team Sesi AI · 21 October 2026

Most homework apps solve the question and show the answer. The homework gets done, but your child learns to copy, and the next test is harder. Sesi does what a good teacher does: it helps your child think.

How Sesi helps with homework

  1. Your child reads out the question, or types it.
  2. Sesi asks what they already know, then gives one small hint.
  3. Your child tries. Sesi checks the try kindly and gives the next hint if needed.
  4. Only after two or three tries does Sesi show the worked answer, and then it gives a similar question to practise.
Child: What is 6 × 7?
Sesi: Let's work it out together! 6 × 5 is 30. Now add two more sixes. What do you get?
Child: 42!
Sesi: Yes! You did it yourself! 🎉

Follows your child's school board

A grown-up can set the board (CBSE, ICSE or State) and the class, so Sesi explains things the way your child's books do. Simple facts ("what is the capital of Australia?") it just tells.

What subjects?

Maths, science, English, and general questions. Sesi won't write essays for copying; it helps your child plan their own: ideas first, then a sentence at a time.

Questions parents ask

Does Sesi just give the answers?

No. Sesi gives one hint at a time and lets the child try. It only shows the worked answer after a few tries, and then gives a similar question to practise.

Which school boards does Sesi follow?

A grown-up can choose CBSE, ICSE or State board, so the methods match your child's books.

What does it cost?

The first week is free: 10 minutes a day for 7 days. Then plans start at ₹199 a month in India.
